When you submit an enquiry or course registration form, your browser opens an email message addressed to [email protected] containing the data you typed. The form does not transmit data to a server we operate; nothing leaves your machine until you press Send in your email client.
2.2 Information collected automatically
We use a self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) on our own infrastructure to understand how visitors use the site. Umami does not use cookies for tracking and does not collect personal data. Analytics is only loaded after you accept the consent banner.
3. Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, our lawful basis for processing enquiry data is your consent and legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. For analytics, our lawful basis is your explicit consent via the banner.
4. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotations.
- To process course registrations, issue invoices, and provide visa support letters.
- To improve the website using aggregated, anonymous analytics.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Retention
Enquiry emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as the commercial relationship is live, plus 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for 24 months, then deleted.
6. Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, request its deletion, object to processing, and complain to a supervisory authority (ICO in the UK).

7. Cookies
We use one functional cookie (sdq_consent) to remember your consent choice, and one (sdq_lang) to remember your language preference. These cookies are essential to site function. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your data is stored on infrastructure located in the United Kingdom. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA without an appropriate transfer mechanism.
