3. Use of the site

The site is provided for informational purposes. You may view, share, and link to pages freely. You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to circumvent technical controls, or use the site to defame, harass, or harm others.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site is the property of Sadiqoon Technologies Ltd or its licensors. The Sadiqoon name, mark, and lockup are trademarks of Sadiqoon Technologies Ltd. You may quote short passages with attribution; substantial reproduction requires written permission.

5. Course terms

  • Booking: seats are confirmed on receipt of full payment. We may decline a booking at our discretion.
  • Cancellation by you: 100% refund if cancelled more than 60 days before start; 50% refund 30–60 days before; no refund within 30 days, but a one-time transfer to a future cohort is offered.
  • Cancellation by us: if we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund or transfer at no charge.
  • Visa: we issue an attendance letter; your visa application remains your responsibility. If your visa is denied, refund terms above apply.
  • Behaviour: we reserve the right to remove a participant from a course for behaviour that endangers the cohort or staff, without refund.

6. Consulting engagements

Engagements under Sadiqoon AI are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a contractual offer; all engagements require a signed Statement of Work.

7. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is". Information on the site is general guidance, not professional advice for your specific situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
